Cancellation & Project Access Policy:

Cancellation Charges: If a shoot is canceled or the property is not ready within 24 hours of the booked date/appointment, MHDI will charge the total quoted project rate. Failure to provide access to the project during the scheduled shooting time will also be considered a cancellation.

Preparation of the Property: Unless a staging fee has been requested and accepted, it is the client's responsibility to ensure that the property is ready to be captured, including new construction. While reasonable efforts will be made to exclude unwanted or unsightly objects, this does not include tasks such as making beds, de-cluttering, or moving heavy furniture. All pets must be secured during the shoot. While MHDI prefers to work alone, the client, homeowner, or authorized representative may be present during the shoot.

Payment Policy:

Invoice and Payment: For most real estate projects, once you are satisfied with the deliverables, MHDI will send an invoice via email through QuickBooks. Payment is due within five days of the initial photoshoot, unless preexisting payment conditions have been agreed upon. A late fee of 2.25% will be applied automatically after ten days and every ten days thereafter until the balance is paid in full. Payment can be made by checks, credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers.
Rights, Usage, Licensing, and Business Relationship:

Ownership and Usage: All images and videos produced by MHDI remain the sole property of MHDI and are subject to a Non-Exclusive License Agreement. The delivered media can be used for marketing purposes related to the current property sale, following local MLS rules. Any usage of the images by third parties, including architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing (paper, email, text) by the photographer.

Business Relationship: MHDI operates as a Freelance, Independently Contracted Digital Media Company. All business transactions are considered Business to Business (B2B), and the work created is not a Work For Hire arrangement. MHDI is an independent contractor, and these Terms and Conditions do not create a partnership or joint venture between MHDI and the client or client's brokerage.

Additional Note: Projects requiring travel outside of Pensacola City Limits will incur a travel fee.

By booking/scheduling a project with MHDI, you indicate your agreement with these policy terms.
